Glenn has over 28 years’ experience in institutional broking and investment banking, primarily in senior management positions in investment banks in Australia and the United States. Glenn was appointed to the position of Executive Chairman in February 2012.

Bryn Griffiths is the Regional Head at BBY New Zealand, as well as undertaking some advisory functions. As an advisor, Bryn specialises in options, CFDs, futures and foreign exchange. Brent Weenink

Brent has over 25 years legal and management experience in the financial markets. He began his career in private practice with Phillips Fox in Wellington, before spending 11 years overseas as General Counsel/Managing Director of a private bank and trustee company. He joined BBY on his return to New Zealand in 2006.
In addition to management functions Brent is in charge of legal and compliance at BBY New Zealand and handles all governance and regulatory issues for the company. As the firm’s legal counsel he provides in-house legal advice and is the main point of liaison with regulatory bodies, including the firm’s dispute resolution scheme provider.

Roger has been actively involved with the futures and share markets since the mid 1980’s. He was a registered SYCOM trader from 1993–1995 while working with Ord Westpac Futures Ltd in Sydney. He returned to New Zealand in 1996 and worked for Ord Minnett Jardine Fleming Futures Ltd before joining BBY in 2001. This broad background to the financial markets with exposure to derivatives, currencies and equities enables Roger to advise on all BBY range of trading products with the past few years focusing on CFDs, especially associated with resource stocks.

Keita Kirchin

Apart from a nine month period when she was working in the UK with GAM as a Compliance Assistant, and 6 months travelling, Keita has been with the firm since 2004, initially as Executive Assistant and then promoted to Administration Manager/Accounts on her return in 2010. In addition to managing the office Keita also provides client administration services, including banking, and handles the accounting responsibilities in conjunction with the firm’s designated accounting provider.
