We are one of the few licensed futures advisors in New Zealand, and work closely with the execution-only platforms to provide a complementary advisory service to those clients needing more than just market access.
We accordingly appeal to a wide range of individual and corporate clients including the experienced self-directed DIY trader; those seeking execution-only services; and those requiring full advisory services offering risk management and investment strategies.
In addition to providing advice, we also introduce you to selected licensed trading partners or counter-parties who handle your execution, settlement and clearing transactional requirements.
Unlike many broking houses, we act exclusively on your behalf and in your best interests as a fiduciary. In particular, we do not take principal or opposing positions to your own trades, thus avoiding potential conflicts of interest. Neither do we hold client funds. These are held by the regulated trading partners chosen by you to handle your execution and settlement requirements.
This independence enables BBY to leverage off these relationships to offer you, our clients, a full suite of products spanning most markets around the world. It also allows us to focus solely on delivering trading advice and strategies that will enable our clients to add non traditional asset classes to their investment portfolios.
